Welcome owners to our newest form of communication. This site has been developed to provide you access to important governing documents including the Declarations, bylaws, rules and regulations and links to the Washington State Condo laws. It is also where you will now find your monthly newsletter, board meeting minutes and the current financials. You will be able to look at the reserve study report and review what projects are being planned for the future. You can find out information about upcoming events, find phone numbers and email addresses for residents and locate vendors that others have successfully used.
If you do not have a computer, we will show you how to access our web site at the local library that is within walking distance.
